Delete Your Data
Eloqencia can be used without an account.
The app uses an anonymous technical identifier to run the beta, apply usage limits, and improve the service. If you choose to provide your email address, it may be used to unlock extended beta limits and contact you about Eloqencia.
You may request deletion of the data associated with your use of Eloqencia.
How to request deletion
Send an email to:
contact@eloqencia.com
If possible, include:
- your email address, if you provided it in the app;
- your beta identifier, if you use the app without email;
- the subject line: “Eloqencia data deletion request”.
What data can be deleted
Depending on the data associated with your use, deletion may concern:
Some minimal technical data may be temporarily retained if necessary for security, prevention of abuse, error diagnosis, or compliance with legal obligations.
- your email address, if you provided it;
- your user feedback;
- your transcriptions;
- your speaking analyses;
- data associated with your technical identifier.
Processing timeframe
Deletion requests are handled within a reasonable timeframe.
During the beta, we aim to process requests within 30 days.
